Sitemap Error

  • Hi, as far as I can see, the sitemap source code is compressed (a little) by stripping line breaks and comments. This causes the XML markup to become invalid.

    Do you know what is doing this compressing? It can be a WordPress plugin or a server side Nginx module like PageSpeed.

    Hmmm, looking at your html source I see you are using both PageSpeed and a caching plugin (W3TC?) …

    Start with adding your XML sitemaps to the plugin exception rules.

    Okay I excluded Sitemap.xml in the W3 Cache plugin. Deactivated And reinstalled XML Sitemaps plugin. But still sitemap seems to be compressed. Any idea?
