Sitemap error

    Hey guys, I tried today to see the sitemaps but when I visit the https://medicalfa.gr/sitemap_index.xml I am viewing the following error and no sitemap is shown.

    This page contains the following errors:
error on line 4 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    Wordpress and Yoast are up to date and I haven’t touched yoast code.

    Seems there was some conflict with some commented out code in my functions php. Fixed it everything seems to work just fine.
