Sitemap Error

Since we don’t have the site’s URL, we can’t check what exactly is happening. However, please try the following in wp-admin:

– visit Settings >> Permalinks
– click Save without making any changes
– clear all caches
– test again

If the issue persists, please share the site’s URL so we can take a closer look at the issue.

On our website we do get the same error. The above steps where applied, but don’t help. Our website is phyrai.com

I tried accessing your sitemap but it seems to lead to a 404 error: https://phyrai.com/sitemap.xml

Is the SmartCrawl sitemap module active on the site?

Hi @khaxan ,

The SmartCrawl sitemap module is active. When switching to the WordPress Core Sitemap, it works. But the SmartCrawl Sitemap isn’t.

@businessquestions I think it might be because there’s no content on the site. Once you publish something the sitemap should start working.

I tried the above steps and it doesn’t work. I have plenty of content on the website so I’m unsure what the issue is here.

I’m currently testing with Yoast now and it’s working.

Please disregard my post above. I made a mistake and I apologize for creating confusion!

Let me take a step back and refer to the actual issue:

would you mind sharing an URL to the sitemap of your site so we could take a look?

Also, the issue started to happen just recently e.g. after plugin update but was fine before or it’s that you just started using SmartCrawl and the issue is from the beginning?
