    Hi there,

I’m getting the following error for the sitemap index that Yoast generated:

    Unsupported file format

Description: Your Sitemap does not appear to be a supported format. Please ensure it meets our Sitemap guidelines and resubmit.

I’ve compared the sitemap index to the required guidelines, and it matches fine. I’m using the Premium Yoast SEO plugin, as well as the Yoast SEO: Video plugin.

I’ve disabled all caching and optimization plugins, in case they were causing conflict. (None of them were 3W Total Cache.)

I’ve repeatedly retested and resubmitted the sitemap index.

The sitemap index is at https://sheriabrams.com/sitemap_index.xml.

Your sitemap is currently generating one error (shown below but with your site info removed) repeatedly which is related to object cache. If you have a cache plugin, please clear the cache. If not, please clear your server cache.

Sometimes resetting the permalink structure will quickly solve errors from a recent change to your installation. Go to Admin > Settings > Permalinks and click save without altering anything. You may also try disabling sitemaps until the cache refreshes and then enabling them again.

Warning: Class __PHP_Incomplete_Class has no unserializer in /PATH_TO_WORDPRESS/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 1905
