Sitemap Error in Wemaster tools – Using Yoast

  • In webmaster tools I’m getting the following error:

    We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.

    On my sitemap index it is the 2 download ones it seems to be having a problem with:

    https://www.sysco-software.com/sitemap_index.xml

    Do you know why this might be?
