Sitemap Error Message

I am in the process of setting up a mobile sitemap to submit to Google. However, when trying to generate the sitemap, I received the following error message (see link for screenshot)
All file permissions are what they should be. How can I fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
