Sitemap file access

When the plug in is activated, the sitemap.xml no longer is accessible, it displays a 404 error. Any way to correct it?
https://snops.es/sitemap.xml (plugin disabled)
https://mx.snops.es/en/sitemap.xml/ (duplicate site with plugin active) result is a 404
