Sitemap filename is not as expected

Also can you please verify that option Override the file name of the sitemap: contains “sitemap” as the value? Also, If you can check and share the details from your error log that will help us to resolve the issue.

Hello @admin2020pro – thanks for providing the information. Actually I would need more of your help to diagnose the problem. The common problems are: having whitespace inside index or functions.php or there are any errors associated with the theme or template.

For starters, if you can please provide your sitemap URL and re-check error logs, it would be great. Thanks.

Hi @admin2020pro – thanks for providing the URL but it is rendering 404 for me. Even your robots.txt file is rendering as 404. Can you please double check at your end? Thanks

Unfortunately, I was unable to access the link you provided; a 404 error was returned. We can’t even access your robots.txt file because it always returns a 404 error. May I ask that you perform a check on your end? Thanks basketball stars
