sitemap is empty page

For some reason, the sitemap is empty. Yoast version is on V1.4.19
Tried this solution, but didn’t work:
https://yoast.com/question/my-sitemap-is-giving-a-404-error-what-should-i-do/But my issue is not a 404-error but an empty page.
My client is uses windows hosting .. which inserts an index.php in the URL
For a page: https://dbrmakelaars.nl/index.php/diensten/
For the sitemap: https://dbrmakelaars.nl/index.php/sitemap_index.xmlCould it be that the yoast plugin has an issue with windows hosting?
