Sitemap is not indexing in Google and Bing

    I am using WordPress SEO plugin. I have generated my plugin here. But when i navigate it is throwing 404 error.

    Then I generated it using Google XML sitemaps plugin, but my site is not indexing and it is showing PENDING in Google and Bing.

    Could you please help me out? Thanks!
