I cant edit robots.txt on my subdomains. I can edit robots.txt only on my main page and this changes work for all subdomains, but i want to add actual sitemap links for each. How i can do this?

Can you please clarify what you’re trying to achieve? Do you want your robots.txt file to list all XML sitemap URLs for all subdomains in a multisite network?

I want to make allow and disallow items to all subdomains and link to sitemap to each subdomain. When i edit robots.txt file on main domain – link to sitemap stay only for main domain, not to subdomains for multisite network. I can’t edit robots.txt on subdomain, I don’t have ‘File Editor’ on plugin admin panel

Hello @denis33722, I’m sorry that you can’t edit the robots.txt because you don’t have the File Editor.

If the robots.txt file is not writable or your WordPress install has disabled file editing, you can try to edit the file at the server level.
