sitemap not found(404) after update to 6.3 version

    hi guys. one of the problem formerly was sitemap 404 or not found problem. i exclude my sitemap url from caching but after last update again this challenge appear. once i update url format in wordpress setting this problem solve and after 2 or 5 times that i load my sitemap in chrome or other browser, again sitemap return to not found 404 condition. also i read rank math article about this problem but nothing change. please check this problem.

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
