Sitemap problem

    The goofed up url lands on your homepage. Did you take a look at the blog post from your admin dashboard to see if everything looks clean? Also, did you take a look in your database and see what it shows for that blog post url?

    Prior to upgrading to 2.9.1 my site got hacked, and it resulted in a variety of crawl errors and strange permalinks, so did you rule that out as a possibility? Hopefully that’s not what your dealing with.

    I checked the urls in the dashboard and they’re fine. As for the Databases I have no idea how to check them. The site is new, I hope it hasn’t been hacked yet. I did notice that the problem urls contained a (-) and one had an (‘). It seems this where the extra characters are being created.

    same problem with xml sitemaps
    get
    https://www.manindezorg.nl/index.php/tag/frituurbeslag/%5C%22%5C%22
    give 1800+ 404 errors
    and show not
    https://www.manindezorg.nl/index.php/tag/frituurbeslag/
