Sitemap question!

  • I have a static website with just html pages and a wordpress blog such as mysite.com/blog.

    For the blog, it has a sitemap pluggin that automatically created a sitemap for the blog. Should I have two sitemaps, one for the blog and the other for the static site?

    Or should I only have one at just the static site which collects the links from the blog as well?
