    Hi @jedan,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I checked your RSS sitemap at https://klyker.com/sitemap.rss/ and confirmed that the URL is redirecting too many times, which makes the sitemap inaccessible. You can see this issue in the screenshot I took: https://a.supportally.com/i/bKjvjy

I also tested the RSS sitemap URL using https://httpstatus.io/ and noticed an error message: “Connection to the server hosting the URL fails.” Here’s the screenshot of that result: https://a.supportally.com/i/ZQZhMC

It appears there may be an issue with how your server is handling requests to the RSS sitemap URL, possibly due to misconfigured redirects or server settings. This could be causing the URL to loop indefinitely, leading to the “too many redirects” error.

If you have any caching plugins or server-side caching, clear the cache to ensure that outdated redirects aren’t causing the issue.

If the issue persists, would you be able to use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/) to debug possible conflicts by following the steps below?

    1. Go to Plugins > Add New and install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Troubleshoot below the All in One SEO plugin. This will temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
    3. Check if you’re able to reproduce the problem.
    4. If not, activate your theme and check again.
    5. If you’re still unable to reproduce the issue, activate the plugins one by one and simultaneously check if the issue occurs.
    6. Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

If that does not help, reach out to your hosting provider for assistance. They may be able to check server logs to identify what’s causing the redirects.

Once you’ve addressed the redirect issue, your RSS sitemap should become accessible, and this will help search engines index your site properly.

Let me know how that goes.

    Hi Abdul,

Thank you for the quick response. I contacted the hosting provider, and they told me to disable security plugins and see if that resolves the issue. I did that, but it didn’t solve the problem. I’ve cleared the cache multiple times, and that didn’t help either. I don’t want to use the plugin you recommended because I’ve read many negative things about it, and I don’t want to take the risk. Is there another solution? Could the problem be in the .htaccess file? I’m not knowledgeable enough to know how to remove unnecessary things from it.

    Hi @jedan,

Thanks for getting back to me and for the update!

I understand your concern about using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. No worries!

Since disabling the security plugins and clearing the cache didn’t resolve the issue, it’s possible that the problem might be related to your .htaccess file. Misconfigurations in the .htaccess file can cause redirect loops or block access to certain URLs, including your RSS sitemap.

If the problem persists, there might be a server configuration issue or another plugin conflict. In that case, please reach out to your hosting provider again and ask them to review the server error logs to identify any issues related to the sitemap URL.

If you’d like us to help you identify the root cause of which plugin or theme is conflicting , feel free to reach out to us at?https://aioseo.com/contact/.

Our customer success team will be happy to help you via the contact form on our site.

    Looking forward to helping you.
