sitemap settings

Hi,

I found one thing missing in yost sitemap settings, i.e my home page url and update frequency.

go to https://techpopular.com/sitemap_index.xml, click on first url i.e post-sitemap.xml. i will be able to see all the post except the home page of my blog, may i know why? i have seen most of the sites has there home page url present in post sitemap. what settings i need to do to get the url there please help
