    Hi,
I submitted the sitemap URL to Google Search Console on 23rd April. Google immediately read it with success but found 0 URLs and on the Coverage page said “Processing data, said come back in a few days”. I also successfully notified Bing and Google via the links on the plugin page in the WordPress backend.

Google “successfully processed” the sitemap.xml again 29 April. If I let search console inspect the root url it says “this page is on Google.” BUT it also says “Indexed, not submitted in sitemap”. And on the sitemap page it still shows 0 discovered URLs. If I let Search Console inspect the URLs in the sub-sitemaps, then those pages are not on Google and the sitemap fields shows N/A.

I have no robots.txt in the site folders. No no-index or no-follow.

I do not understand at all. Is this expected?

WordPress 5.3.2 with DB 45805 on PHP 7.3.17
    Plugin version: 4.1.0

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • same here, had the same problem

I have the same problem as well.

well, I installed everything, click on site map link in admin panel and it showup great, but when I go to cpanel and look in root directory I can’t see any sitemap file there, and also no robot file other than the wordress robot file that I renamed. shouldn’t the file be in my root for bots to find it?
