    I get a bunch of sitemaps that is automatically created by Yoast plugin. There is one sitemap though that contains a couple of pages that do not exist so I get several error messages from Google, ahref etc.

    Is there any way to remove this particular sitemap link from the automatically created sitemaps?

    Hello @nikosdimitriougr

    Thanks for using Yoast SEO but you’re not using the Yoast SEO-generated XML sitemap. Kindly turn on the feature in WordPress > Yoast SEO > Settings > General > Site Features > APIs > XML Sitemaps.

    Next, for the sitemap you don’t want to be generated, identify the content type in WordPress > Yoast SEO > Settings > Content Types and turn OFF the option to show it in search results.
