Sitemap update to stange IP for Bing

    Hello, when I update a post, all in one seo send the sitemap updated to strange IP:
    13.107.21.200:80
    204.79.197.200:80

    IP are from Microsoft, but if we go to this IP:

    Why to sending the sitemap update are you using this ? and why you do not use this:
    https://www.bing.com/ping?sitemap=http%3A%2F%2F(“adress of the web site”)/sitemap.xml
