Sitemaps for a Multisite

How do sitemaps work when you have a network of multisites? I’m moving over my website to a multisite at https://www.essexmums.com and it has subdirectories such as https://www.essexmums.com/recipes
Can I create a sitemap that shows up all the subdirectories on one single page?
