• When the foogallery plugin is enabled with siteorigin pagebuilder, the add foogallery button does not work in the siteorigin editor and also if the foogallery shortcode is entered for the owl gallery it will not display.
Also if the wordpress rich editor widget is used in pagebuilder you can add a title but it is not popossible to open the editor because the button does not work.
    Thanks

I have narrowed the issue down to the siteorigin widgets bundle which causes a jscript error and causes a conflict with other plugins.
    Please could uyou advise

    Thanks

Heard all the praise about site origin on forums about the excellent support however this issue is nearly 3weeks old and no support from siteorigin???
I am not the only one with this issue or are you just waiting to see if I will pay for support? I can say there is more chance that I might just use another page builder!!

    Thanks

    Hi @wwssupport

We have a notice on these forums, plus a few links in Page Builder itself pointing to our own support forums, which is where we do our free support.

    https://siteorigin.com/thread/

Our paid email support is obviously better, but we do answer a lot of questions every day for free. Our team doesn’t actively monitor these forums and unfortunately, there’s no way for us to disable them.

That said, for your specific issue. Compatibility with other plugins is difficult to maintain. We do try to ensure compatibility with as many plugins as possible, but with so many plugins out there, it’s rather difficult. We do take note of and investigate the incompatibilities, though.
