SiteOrigin Page Builder Incompatibility?

  • Adding the Sponsor Loop widget to a SiteOrigina Page Builder page breaks the Page Builder editor. I can add the widget but as soon as I save it, I am presented with the text version of the page and cannot edit it as a Page Builder page anymore.

    If I deactivate the Cr3ativ Sponsor plugin, I can edit my page as a Page Builder page again with the Sponsor widget showing as “missing”.

    I apologize for any trouble, I don’t actually use Site Origin, but since this is just a standard widget created with WordPress best practices, I’m not sure what could be breaking the page?

    It would appear that the plugin is indeed incompatible unless the Site Origin devs could explain it?

    If you use the text base shortcode instead of the widget does everything work as expected?

    What version of Cr3ativ Sponsor are you currently running?
