Hi @dabesa, thanks for highlighting this to us.

I have just added a new site that requires the “Complete Setup” link to be clicked in the same way and it redirects to my site for authentication instead of showing the blank “dashboard” page as you’re seeing.

If you’re able to email wftest @ wordfence . com with your forum username in the subject and your Central username/email address in the body of the email, I will be able to look at the sites connected to your account to try identifying the issue.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

@wfpeter I just tried again and the problem is still there.
Websites can’t be added to WF Central.

    Hi @dabesa,

We have made a number of updates to the front-end to combat some issues being seen with Teams on Central amongst others. I have been in close contact with the Central team and neither myself or they can replicate the exact issue except for the occasions when Javascript is not functioning – so the link causes “#” to be loaded in the address bar. This would usually return you to the top of a HTML document but in this context you’re just seeing a page with no data.

We are wondering if you have a browser extension or something else blocking necessary resources or causing errors in your browser console. I’d recommend trying a private browser window, or a different browser altogether to your default, with all extensions disabled. If that doesn’t work, are you still receiving console errors at that time?

Feel free to share the errors using a service like Snipboard so they can be pasted here for us to take a look at.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hello @wfpeter

We tested with multiple browsers on multiple PCs – my teammate has the same result.

The error in console is a 500 error from your server.

    This is from Chrome:

    This is from Firefox:

I don’t understand how you can’t reproduce this.

Can we discuss this via email?

    Thanks
    Daniele

    @wfpeter any update on this?
WF Central is unusable at this point.
