You need to download or configuration file wp-config
And Change the url: back to http the repload and the site should b able to reduce you be to the admin page
Check you’re wp folders I use FileZilla

Thanks but there is not a place to reset the URL in wp-config that I know of. I did change the URL in the database.

That mite do it sorry databases is beyond my knowledge.
