Sitetarget folder suddenly shows up

So my website is fine until yesterday … but suddenly my client said there’s an article that’s suddenly appear

My client said he and his team never make that articles before, is it possible that my website is getting injected with something?

when i check from CPanel i found this folder called sitetarget

i already tried removing the folder but the link is still accessible, can someone help me with this? thanks
