siteurlpath needed in wp_options?

I have upgraded over the years to 2.9.2
I have been severely hacked and found in the database wp_options “siteurlpath” with a script inserted.
Is there even a need in wp_options for a siteurlpath?

If anyone would like to see it I would be happy to mail it to you, some of which is encoded. I believe the encoded portion is placed into a file which is then referenced by an include that is placed in the index file.
