Siting Upsells on a product description page template

Since this site is still in Dev and is protected you may not be able to get access

The Upsells section has been renamed “Other instrument parts or related items…”

I’ve been trying to place it above the Related Items section (using WP theme 2024) But I can’t get the specific placement. The hook woocommerce_after_single_product places Upsells at the very bottom of the page, woocommerce_after_single_product_summary places upsells in the right hand column immediately below the Product Details block and above other items that I want it to be below. I’ve noticed that the Related Products area is now a set of blocks (and am using these) and was wondering if you were going to do the same thing for Upsells? If not do you have a way to enable me to specifically place upsells on the template?
