Size and Facebook tab = blank ツ

first of all THANKS for this awesome commenting plugin ツ I reviewed you with 5* #welldeserved

2 questions:
I’ve installed the plugin on https://www.boostingyourbrand.com and need a bit of help with the width of the plugin (need it wider) en am seeing that the Facebook tab is blank. I read through the support forum and saw 1 other comment about this and a hidden div as the solution? Can you let me know if you can figure out what is my problem?
