size attribute on a field of type "hidden" is invalid html

just wanted to give you a pointer since I got some errors when validating my html.

I fixed it locally by adding

if ( $tag->basetype === 'dynamichidden' ){
		$atts['size'] = '';
	}

A small thing. Anyway – thanks for the cool plugin!
