Size chart cannot be deleted

    Near description, it says Size Chart, which I want to remove. I had initially mistakenly typed text in the size chart within Edit Product and had trouble deleting that text. I would delete it, update, then that text would reappear in the text box. I think typing in the box got it to show on the products page in the first place. I finally got rid of text in the size chart but the words “Size Chart” still appear in the Product page that the customer sees.

    If I just create a new product and don’t type anything in the size chart, “Size Chart” will not appear on the product page. But in this instance, why is size chart still appearing on the product page(see link) and how do I get rid of it?

    The description “rtwertrw” and the “upload files” near descriptions are not related to the size chart.

    Looks like you customized the tabs section. Did you or someone add a hook in functions?

    StefsterNYC, I didn’t alter any code nor anyone else unless a plugin did. This product link below doesn’t show a size chart on the products page but still has its availability on the edit products page:

    It could have been Printful’s API that gives the size chart option on the edit products page because all the tank tops have it filled out. https://jurassicgorilla.com/product/muscle-lion-leone-black-classic-tank-top-unisex/

    Once I type 1 letter in the size chart area, even if I delete it, the words “Size Chart” will show up on the product’s page. If I never type anything in the size chart area it will never show up on the Product’s Page. I can’t retract it once I type anything in the size chart tab, I can delete what I typed but the words “Size Chart” is there to stay.

    Someone customized that space becuase it’s usually the Additional Information space which is filled in by populating the fields in the Shipping Area of a product.

    Someone had to add a script to the theme, but it’s definitely a glitch with the coding. Storefront doesn’t typically show Size Chart either. You can test by reverting back to a Twenty Seventeen theme and checking.

    I think the company Printful’s API may have made it so all new products have Size Chart on the back end on my particular store.

    The thing I don’t understand is that if I type something in the Back End size chart, even if I delete it, the words “size chart” appear on the Front End.

    If I never type anything in the size chart area on the Back End it will look like this and I am fine with it:

    Yes, anything is possible. I’m boot familiar with that specific API. You could test by disabling it for now.
