Size Charts not showing

  • Hi,

    I have installed the plugin and it works great, however after 1 week of publishing the size charts – they no longer show on the website. Some will then show intermittently but others not at all – even if I assign them to the correct items and categories.

    Could you please help me with this?

    It may cause by different situations like post-type removal or due to wrong status of the post. But don’t worry, we will definitely help you in this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately as this is an active client website, we can’t give you access to the site.

    Do you have any idea why the issue would be happening and how I fix it?
