Size drop-down box is not working

  • Hi guys,

    Great plugin. I’ve noticed an error with my store where it is impossible to select the size of a product in the drop down box. I discovered this problem whilst using Google Chrome.

    Here is a link to my store.

    The issue seems to be intermittent and is random which of the products is affected, but it is very easy to reproduce. I’ve had to stop using your plugin for now. Please can you investigate?

    I’m unable to reproduce, do you’ve got a sample product where it doesn’t work?

    Thanks for the reply. The easiest way to reproduce the problem Go to my store again with google chrome browser (https://kombilife.com/storetest/). Try click between the drop down boxes for the various products listed.

    There are only 5 products, if you click between them 6-10 times you will see that after some of the drop down boxes have been opened that they cannot be opened again.

    I notice that if I put the cursor right near the bottom edge of the box that it IS possible to open the drop down box. But not when clicking normally inside the box. I hope that help fault find.
