Please check the Column setting that wraps the Icon Box, as there might be a margin being set there. For reference, here is a screenshot of the setting:

Hi @psycholoogmarieke

You can apply a similar approach, but this time adjust the margin setting in the section settings instead of the column settings.
Select the bottom row section and modify the margin-top property to give some distance between the two rows.
