Size of all the files

    Hello,

    I need to easily find the size of all the files.

    When I mark all files and folders and I see the information on the right button, the min 10 seconds count is calculated and then the unknown is displayed.

    Please advice

    Hey @michalrama,

    Thanks for contacting the support. You can get info of files by right click in file manager GUI then click on info from context menu. You will get info. Please try again, sometimes it can be internet issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you, but unfortunately the result is the same.

    When I click the right button in the space outside the files and folders and I get the info, the volume information will be displayed, but the size calculation will go out – unknown.
    I know there may sometimes be an error, but this is not the case (size is never calculated)

    The Volume root information was written that it was locked, so I was wondering if this is the problem originator?
