Size of autoloaded option on the database

    My website recently went down and my hosting provider gave me the following explanation as to why:

    There are over 1.5MB of options being auto loaded from your database on every single page load, which is a big issue as a healthy WordPress website usually don’t go over a few kilobytes. The option with this size is:
    – wordpress-https_secure_external_urls

    You might want to talk with the plugin developer to see why his plugin is doing this.

    Once the second issue is fixed PHP should stop going down on the server.
