Size of Image to Use in Post ?

  • I have been using the free version for some time now and it works very well and now going to get the Pro version with 1 year API access.

    I include 1 image in the blog post. What is the best size of that image to use for Facebook and Instagram and for all other social sites?

    Also, what are the best social site to promote my articles and products? I can only think of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Reddit.
