Size of slider image

On the subject of images, what is the best size for featured images so that they don’t leave any grey at the sides? At the moment my round thumb boxes only display the image in the top-half leaving the bottom half grey. I have found that if I use a much larger image it fills the circle. So what size should the images be?

The featured image in my slider fits well on the computer screen but on my iPhone it has grey background showing below it. As per my first post, I would like to use smaller images here.

I really love this beautiful theme. I will leave a review once I finish tweaking.

the best image size for featured image should not be smaller to 640px X 340px.. the theme will automatically generate images that fit to slider and it’s featured image..

but in your case, i think you’ve installed the theme lately and your existing images does not fit to slider and featured image thumbnails.. that’s why your having a trouble’s in both featured and slider image sizes.. I think the best way to fix your problem as for now is to re-upload the image that was not set to it’s proper size..
