Size problem

Dear Support,

I would like to ask for your help. I have used Envira Gallery for more websites so fire, and it always worked perfectly, but now I have some problem. Thumbnails are not cropped to the same size (550x550px) in Chrome. Using Eplorer and Firefox, and also in mobile view it works (however in these cases the thumbnails are so small like they would be 30x30px instead of 550x550px), but in Chrome desktop view thumbnail sizes are totally different. I have never experienced a failure like this before, so I have no idea how to correct it. Could you help me, pls?
