You can try creating multiple popups and then for each of the Popup’s Settings > Placement option, select “Selected Pages” and set where you want to specifically display the popup.

Sounds like you are creating Banners ads and want to embed the banners with shortcode, inside your post body? If so, you can do that with the PRO version.
