As mentioned in my email, before receiving a very quick bad review, I apologized for the misunderstanding of when the premium theme was asked to be refunded (within the 14 days or not, it was my mistake), and have processed the full refund for you.

We do offer a ’14 day money back guarantee’ without hesitation… If it’s after 14 days then we will converse, which we unfortunately weren’t able to do, and then try come to an agreement of a partial refund.

With the menu placement, this is why we offer 10 header layouts with the theme, so you can choose a different layout and the design is already there. There are full color settings under Customize -> Guten Color Settings.
