Sketch Blog?

Hi

I started one blog with one registered domain with bluehost.com

I would like to start working a second blog but I havent made up my mind about the domain and blog name yet. Is there a way for me to start designing it while I come up with the domain/blog name? In other words build it/mock it up without registering domain name just yet?
