Skills keep refreshing

    I am having an issue with all of the skills percentages. They constantly refresh causing the page to be very slow.

    After every two refreshes, the graphical image of the percentage bar changes, usually less than the actual percentage until it refreshes again.

    The refresh seems to happen every 1-2 seconds.

    Any ideas on how to solve the issue?
