Skin changes after audio embed

I have a page showing a bunch of posts. Almost all posts have videos embedded using your plugin. Some of the posts have audio embeds using WP’s built in audio embeds. The videos that appear in posts after audio embeds on a page are shown with a different skin for the player controls. Are the audio embeds causing this problem?
