It’s the easiest to skin yet, I think. Just use the switching styles plugin.

BUT I would advise you not to use the layouts from the Alex King style competitionas they can be very buggy and especially for someone new to CSS it would be a challenge to correct them.
Instead, I woud reccoment https://bombsite.com/layouts.php
These are clean versions of some of the stylesheet competition entries.
