Skins not always loading

Hi,

I use the plugin in 6 widgets – to make the menu more transparent. But sometimes the skin doesn’t load for 1-3 random widgets of the 6 I use. Instead of the skins i have than only menu-links.
Could it be a server issue? After I reload the page, the skins do usually load properly. Would it help if I’d take the skin-CSS and place it to the theme-CSS (and how to do that)?
