    Hello,
    Yes this is possible, if i make a parameter skip: X featured posts.
    I will try to add this in the weekend.

    Actually to enable this feature i need to know which plugin you are using for this featured post.
    Depend which parameter this plugin is using to display the featured post.
    Some plugin using _featured-post, or _featured_post, or … …

    But if you need only to skip x posts (x posts ordered by date), then i do not need this extra information.

    Please let me know how you prefer this.

    1.4.8 version is released with: skip x posts.
    If ordered by date, it will skip x newest posts.

    Read my previous answer if you need to skip in another way the posts.
