Skip Billing page at checkout

I am using PayPal Standard, which means that no Billing information is entered on my site, it is all done at PayPal. Thus I would like to skip the “Billing” page in the checkout process and go straight to the page that has the “Checkout with PayPal” button. How can I skip the Billing page? The reason: I do not have an SSL for my site. I did not think I would need one since card processing is not handled on my site: https://www.circleboosterclub.org
