    I have a multiple page form. On one page if the second page does not apply to the customer is there away to have a skip button or a N/A check box the and page will be grayed out and skipped.

    For example some of my clients only have 2 dogs but if a client only has 1 dog I want them to be able to skip the second dog info page.

    Thank you for posting your question!

    This is surely possible with Form Maker plugin. Let me describe the steps you need to take to configure this.

    1. Add a checkbox field, which has “Not Applicable” as its option.

    2. Go to Form Options > Conditional Fields and add conditions based on the following logic:

    Hide [Field of second page] if all of the following match:
    [Checkbox] is [Not Applicable]

    Please note, that you need to add this condition for each field that needs to be hidden in case the N/A checkbox is selected.
