Skip SVGs

The regeneration fails with SVGs because these cannot be resized like images (maybe one kind of “resize” could be svg minification, e.g. using svgo – or resizing images inside the SVG – but this is probably outside the scope of thumbnails), so it would be great if this plugin could just skip these and avoid confusing error messages for SVG input files.
