Skip to timestamp in URL

I was wondering if it’s possible to add a feature where it can insert and read hashes in the URL for timestamps.
Example: https://[url]/#t=00:10:51
The users could click on, copy, and share the URL in comments, webmentions, emails, social media, etc.
